How To Make Earl Grey Rebel Iced Tea

To make Earl Grey Rebel iced tea, start by boiling water and letting it cool for a minute or two to about 200°F (93°C).

Add 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of Earl Grey Rebel loose-leaf tea per cup of hot water to a tea infuser or teapot, then pour the hot water over the tea leaves and steep for about 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

Once brewed, remove the tea leaves and let the tea cool at room temperature, or place it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes for faster cooling.

While the tea cools, prepare a glass or pitcher filled with ice cubes.

Once the tea has cooled, pour it over the ice. If desired, add sweetener like honey or sugar while the tea is still warm for easy mixing, and garnish with lemon slices or fresh mint for a refreshing touch.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 3-5 mins. Remove infuser.
