Delivery and Returns
All orders over £50.00 are dispatched with DPD Next Day Delivery.
Orders under £50.00 are dispatched through Royal Mail Standard Delivery
Royal Mail aim to deliver most mail in the UK by next working day but do not guarantee this.
Royal Mail also state that they aim to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven.
In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.
At busy times of the year parcels may take a little longer to reach their destination, don't panic this is not unsual, please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
International orders are sent tracked and the parcel tracking number can be provided upon request.
Please always make sure to keep hold of all proof of purchase.
For returns, items must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
You have 14 days to return an item in event you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep the item.
Teas and Coffees can ONLY be returned if unopened and still factory sealed. Teas and Coffees are food items and unfortunately cannot be accepted if they have been opened and used due to health and hygiene reasons.
If an item is damaged or faulty we can happily replace your item for you. Please keep your proof of purchase if you would like a refund or exchange.
Postage for returns and exchanges will need to be covered by the customer.

We provide Free UK Delivery on all orders over £25.00.
Orders over £50.00 will be sent with DPD Next Day Delivery.
Orders under £25.00 will incur a postage fee of £3.80.
