Delivery and Returns
True Tea Club aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from when the order is placed. Orders placed before 11.59pm are dispatched the next day. All orders are dispatched through Royal Mail. For large orders we will use other couriers where necessary.
Royal Mail aim to deliver most 1st class mail in the UK by next working day but do not guarantee this. Royal Mail also state that they aim to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven. At busy times of the year parcels may take a little longer to reach their destination, don't panic this is not unsual, please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.
We provide Free UK Delivery on all orders over £10.00.
Orders under £10.00 will incur a postage fee of £3.50.
For worldwide orders, we provide Free Delivery on orders over £30.00.
Otherwise we charge a flat-rate of £4.75.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from True Tea Club but occasions may occur where you feel it is necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple and easy as possible. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. EU customers are also entitled to an additional statutory cooling off period of 7 days. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. It is our policy that if you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or replacement – it’s up to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.
If you wish to change your original purchase for something else on our site or you would like a replacement for an item that is not faulty you will be responsible for the new package postage fees.
