Chun Mee means “valuable brow” as the leaf shape is said to remind of the eyebrows of classical beauties. The tea has a typical taste with a tangy aroma and slight sweetness. You can expect a bright flavour and a toasted warm finish.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (75-80°C). Brew for 1-3 mins. Remove infuser.
