UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERIES

Parcels are dispatched from our Harrogate store within 1-2 working days with Royal Mail & DPD. 

All orders sent by Royal Mail to the mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight,

Scottish Islands and Highlands, Shetlands, Orkney Islands, Sark, Herm and BFPO addresses, are up to a net weight of 2kg.

Orders over £150 are sent by DPD Next Day Tracked.

*Orders over £30.00 can be upgraded on checkout

Once an order is dispatched, an automatic dispatch notification is sent to the provided email.

If a tracking option has been chosen, the email will also include a link with your delivery tracking number.

If a dispatch email is not received, please check the email provided is correct or contact us by phone or email.

At busy times of the year, parcels may take up to 10 working days to reach their destination, don’t panic this is not unusual,

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders are dispatched through Royal Mail Tracked for orders under 2kg net weight.

Orders over 2kg net weight are sent tracked with an alternative express courier, such as Fed Ex, DHL, UPS & Parcelforce.

Once parcels leave the United Kingdom, deliveries are handed over to Royal Mail’s designated delivery partner.

Delivery times may take longer than expected to arrive due to potential delays with customs & export controls.

Since January 2022, VAT & Duty may be payable before being released by customs in Europe.

We currently ship to Europe, World Zone 1, World Zone 2 & World Zone 3.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please always make sure to keep hold of all proof of purchase.

For returns, items must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.

You have 30 days to return an item in event you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep the item.

Teas can ONLY be returned if unopened and still factory sealed.

Teas are food items and unfortunately cannot be accepted if they have been opened and used due to health and hygiene reasons.

If an item is damaged or faulty we can happily replace your item for you. Please keep your proof of purchase if you would like a refund or exchange.

Postage for returns and exchanges will need to be covered by the customer.
