Pu-er teas are teas where the leaves after fermentation are re-hydrated, to enable further fermentation and are called post-fermented teas. Expect a strong, spicy and earthy taste with woody flavor.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 3-5 mins. Remove infuser.

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
