Darjeeling Soom First Flush is an organic single estate black tea. The Soom Estate was founded in the 1860s using Chinese origin tea bushes in the Himalayan Mountains. It’s name ‘Soom’ refers to the triangular shape of the tea garden. The tea estate is situated at an altitude of 5,300 feet above sea level and is surrounded by the mountain river “Little Rangeet”. In terms of appearance, Darjeeling Soom presents a black, grainy leaf with lots of green tips. Enjoy a fresh and highly aromatic cup with a soft bouquet of spiciness after each sip. Did you know? The Darjeeling Soom Tea Estate provides housing, food and medical supplies for families and workers of the Soom Tea Estate. It’s a large employer with over 700 staff and a total of 2,000 residents living on the tea estate.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 3-5 mins. Remove infuser.
