Darjeeling Soom First Flush is an organic single estate black tea.
The Soom Estate was founded in the 1860s using Chinese origin tea bushes in the Himalayan Mountains.
It’s name ‘Soom’ refers to the triangular shape of the tea garden.
The tea estate is situated at an altitude of 5,300 feet above sea level and is surrounded by the mountain river “Little Rangeet”.
In terms of appearance, Darjeeling Soom presents a black, grainy leaf with lots of green tips.
