A light blend of Chinese and Black Ceylon tea leaves. Expect a copper cup with mild harshness and an added taste of vanilla

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 3-5 mins. Remove infuser.
