Grown over 3,200ft in Northern Greece, our cut variety "Sideritis Raeseri" takes three years to come into its first flowering bloom.

Greek Mountain tea is naturally caffeine free and is said to have a range of health benefits including anti-inflammatory properties, boosting your immune system, reducing blood pressure and more commonly being used to help cure cold and flu.

The taste is delicate & the hand cut mountain leaves provide a slightly fresh, mild and relaxing taste.
