Jade Oolong Tea is a prized oolong cultivated in the high mountains of Nantou County in Taiwan. This oolong is fermented for a short period of time and tightly rolled by hand. Due to its low fermentation time, this oolong has a light, clean and refreshing taste. This is unlike traditional green oolongs which have more depth and tanginess in flavour. Discover an oolong with a distinctly floral character and slight notes of peach. The cup presents a light yellow liquor. A lovely tea from our oolong tea assortment!

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (80-90°C). Brew for 2-3 mins. Remove infuser.

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
