Lemon Verbena Leaves are native to South America and grown in the hot climates of Chile and Peru. Verbena Leaves present an appearance of a beautifully pointed, lime green leaf. The Leaves are picked and slowly dried to retain all of its delicious fragrance and flavour of lemon. With such a careful drying process, It’s no surprise that Lemon Verbena leaves provide a fresh and strong sour note of Lemon. They have a delicious lemon scent when handled to brew or blend. As well as being delicious as a tea, this herbal tea can be used in cooking or even to create your own Ice Cream. A huge bonus is this tea is naturally caffeine free and can be enjoyed any time of the day. Especially after-dinner as it helps to aid digestion.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 5-10 mins. Remove infuser.

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
