Drinking fennel tea as a medicine is a well established practice throughout the world. Our Fennel seeds are sourced from Southern Europe and are harvested in late summer. These seeds have a taste similar to aniseed & make a fantastic aromatic tea! Fennel Seeds are said to aid digestion, bloating and stomach cramps. Aswell as tea, also perfect as a spice for fish, meatballs, salads or soups.

Brewing Guide

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 5-10 mins. Remove infuser.
