Nettle Tea has been used to replace Green Tea due to its plethora of health benefits, natural minerals and vitamins. A healthy and refreshing beverage. Great to consume to help relax; and to help reduce stress. 100% Natural, Caffeine Free. Add honey or lemon if desired.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 5-10 mins. Remove infuser.

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
