Peace and Calm is a naturally caffeine free herbal tea. A relaxing blend of berries and herbs with a delicate sweetness. No added flavouring.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 5-10 mins. Remove infuser.

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
