The visual effect is perfected by the addition of bright red currants and strawberry pieces, while the raspberry leaves give an ethereal touch to the blend. Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 5-10 mins. Remove infuser.

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
