African Antlers White Tea are sourced from Satemwa Tea Estate which was established in 1923, Malawi, Africa. The Satemwa Tea Estate is a third generation, independent & family run tea farm. The Tea Estate cares for the local environment and provides employees with fair working conditions whilst contributing to the local community.

For this tea, only specially selected tea bushes with a prolonged stem shaft are used and the tea stems are reminiscent of antler tips. Their young shoots develop an extraordinary floral aroma with notes of frangipani, also known as the wax flower.

The production takes 4 to 6 days depending on the weather conditions, and, like the selection of the plants, is a strictly guarded company secret. A maximum of 50 kg of this speciality is produced yearly and served in some of the best restaurants in the world.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (75-80°C). Brew for 1-3 mins. Remove infuser.

Storage

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
