Herbal Tisane
Herbal Tea, also known as a tisane, is a caffeine-free infusion made from a variety of dried herbs, flowers, fruits, seeds, or spices, rather than the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant used for traditional teas. Popular herbal teas include chamomile, known for its calming effects; peppermint, valued for its refreshing and digestive properties; and hibiscus, which offers a tart, cranberry-like flavour which is high in anti-oxidants.
