This special Mozambique black tea comes from the Monte Metilile Tea estate in a remote region in the North of the country. Fertile soils and altitudes of up to 1,000 m offer excellent preconditions to produce finest organic teas. CTC teas produced in this area are made possible through the use of new machinery which provides an even and smaller grind for this tea. Expect a red coloured cup which is strong, robust and spicy.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 3-5 mins. Remove infuser.

Storage

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
