Masala Chai is a traditional blend of herbs and spices with black tea. Expect to find cinnamon, ginger, fennel, whole aniseed and cloves. Masala Chai provides a smooth and mild taste. Perfect on its own or with milk, especially to create a Chai Latte.

Place 2 grams of tea, per 330ml, into an infuser. Pour over hot water (100°C). Brew for 3-5 mins. Remove infuser.

Storage

Once opened, keep sealed & store in a cool, dry place
