This fruit tea is a great combination of candied pineapple, sour apple pieces, lemon granules and big, freeze dried lemon peel which offer a flavour of medley of tart.
Freeze dried red currants provide a bright contrast.

Brewing Instructions:
Take a large teaspoon (or 2 grams) of our Sicilian Lemonade Fruit Tea and place this into a tea infuser.
Boil the kettle until it reaches 100°C. Leave the infuser in a teapot or tea cup for 5-10 mins.
Remove the infuser and enjoy a delicious cup of tea
